Young Mr Smorgasbord, who loves his cheese, made this last night, when he wanted a snack, as well as for breakfast this morning. I have actually never had it any other way than on a cheese platter with a pre dinner drink, but I think Mr S' way is awesome.
Just a piece of brie, some chopped red onion, a tomato, a dash of balsamic vinegar and a couple of walnuts. Microwave for a minute or two, depending on your microwave, until soft and eat. Easy as. You can use crackers to scoop it up, pork crackling or, if you're not shy, why not use a fork.
